How can we help?
Answers to the most common questions about setting up and promoting your page. Can't find what you need? Get in touch.
Getting started
What AutoTeamBuilder is and the first things to set up.
It's your own page plus a ready-made sign-up page for every program you promote, all under one link you can share — so the people you refer land somewhere that credits you.
Open your dashboard and follow the Fast-Start checklist top to bottom: personalize your page, activate an opportunity, turn on follow-up, save your tool links, then share your page. The getting-started guide walks through each step, and the "Next" button there launches a quick on-page walkthrough.
Your AutoTeamBuilder page and link are free. Individual opportunities you choose to activate may have their own costs (shown on each opportunity's card before you join) — those are set and charged by the program itself, not by us.
Your page & subdomain
Personalizing your page and choosing your link.
Go to Profile & settings → Your subdomain, type the name you want (3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens), wait for the availability check, and Save. Your link becomes yourname.autoteambuilder.com.
Your old subdomain is reserved to you and shows a friendly "this page has moved" notice that points visitors to your current link, so traffic isn't lost. Update your shared links to the new one when you can.
In Profile & settings set your display name and photo, and tidy your link-in-bio. A personalized page builds trust with the people you share it with.
Opportunities & affiliate IDs
Activating programs and entering your affiliate ID.
You can promote the opportunities currently listed in the AutoTeamBuilder catalog — browse them on Opportunities. The lineup is curated by AutoTeamBuilder and changes over time, so it's whatever is listed at the moment, not any program in the world. If there's one you'd like added, you can suggest it from the Opportunities page — but new additions are reviewed and aren't guaranteed or instant.
Open Opportunities, choose one, and press Activate. You'll be asked for your affiliate ID for that program so sign-ups credit you, then it's added to your page.
It lives inside that program's back office — usually under Settings → Affiliate or in your referral link. You can paste your full affiliate URL into the activation field and we'll pull the ID out for you. It's your public ID only — never your password.
Yes — you need to be a member/affiliate of a program before you can promote it here, because we attach your ID. If you don't have one yet, each opportunity's card and activation screen include a link to join it through your upline.
Double-check you pasted your own affiliate link (not the program's generic homepage), that it's the live link from your back office, and that there are no extra spaces. If it still won't verify, save it anyway — the warning doesn't block you — and confirm the link works by opening it yourself.
Follow-up & tool links
Connecting systeme.io and saving your referral links.
Go to Tools & links → Connect your autoresponder. In systeme.io, open Settings → MCP & API keys → Create, copy the Public API key, and paste it in. We store it encrypted and use it only to add the leads you capture, so they get your welcome sequence automatically.
systeme.io has a free plan. There's a "Get systeme.io free" link right on the Tools & links page that signs you up through your upline.
These are your referral links for tools and traffic sources (the things you recommend). Saving the full link on Tools & links means when someone signs up through one, the credit is yours. Paste the whole link, not just an ID — we check it's on the right domain and live before saving.
Promoting & traffic
Sharing your page, tagged links, and where sign-ups come from.
Share your page. On Promote you'll find share-ready landing pages with a copy button — grab a personalized link and post it where your audience is. Any tagged link you post shows up under "Where your sign-ups come from" automatically.
A tagged link is your page link with tracking added (channel/source/ad), built in the composer on Promote. Posting tagged links lets you see which channels actually bring sign-ups, so you can do more of what works.
Start with your own audience (social, email, anyone who asks). The Traffic sources page lists free traffic exchanges and safelists, with a saved referral link for each so sign-ups credit you. Results vary and are never guaranteed.
Custom domain
Using your own domain instead of a subdomain.
Yes. In Profile & settings you can connect a custom domain so your page lives at your own web address. You get one free custom domain, plus one more per active opportunity.
Profile & settings shows the exact records for your domain: a verification TXT record at your apex, plus an A record (or CNAME/ALIAS) so the domain points at us. Add them at your domain registrar, then come back and verify — DNS can take a little while to propagate.
Your team & getting paid
How your downline and commissions work.
Everyone on AutoTeamBuilder shares one team structure, and you take a position in it. Your downline can grow two ways: people you personally refer, and spillover — when the members above you bring in more people than their front line can hold, those extra sign-ups are passed down and can be placed under you. So team members can land beneath you even when you didn't personally refer them.
It works in turns for fairness: once your front-line spots are full, the next sign-ups are placed under your teammates before anyone gets a second, so the overflow spreads down the line. Spillover depends on activity in and above your line, though — early on, before people are joining, there may be no one to place yet, and it's never guaranteed.
No — a spot in the team is a position, not income. Whether a member placed under you earns you anything depends on whether you've set your referral link for the program they join: each program credits and pays per its own rules, and results vary. So save your referral links on Tools & links and activate the opportunities you want to be credited for. A position can put people near you; getting paid still comes from the programs and your own effort.
Each opportunity pays its own affiliates directly, through its own program and compensation plan — AutoTeamBuilder is the hub that helps you promote, not the payer. Check each program's comp plan and income disclosure for how and when it pays. Earnings depend on your effort and results, and are never guaranteed.
When it's available on your account, the co-op lets active uplines pledge a slice of their traffic to members of their team. You can open a request on the Co-op page.
Account & sign-in
Logging in, your email, and language.
There are no passwords. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we email you a one-tap magic link each time. Open the link on the same device and you're in.
Check your spam/promotions folder and wait a minute, then request a fresh one (older links expire). Make sure you used the same email you signed up with. Links are single-use, so always click the newest email.
In Profile & settings use "Request email change." For your security it's a double-confirmation flow — you'll confirm from both the old and new address before it switches.
Yes — use the language switcher in the top navigation. Public pages have translated versions, and member pages translate in place.
No matches — try different words, or get in touch and we'll help.
